Code.Base provides software development, UX/UI design, and digital product consulting services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for each project are defined in individual service agreements signed between Code.Base and the client prior to project commencement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Code.Base retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Code.Base remain its exclusive intellectual property.

4. Confidentiality

Code.Base treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose proprietary business information to third parties without written consent. Clients are encouraged to request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing sensitive information.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual project contracts. Generally, projects require a deposit prior to commencement, with remaining payments tied to project milestones. Late payments may result in project pause or termination as outlined in the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Code.Base shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for those specific services.

7. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. Unauthorized access attempts, data scraping, or any activity that disrupts the site's normal operation is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brazil, unless otherwise agreed in a specific service contract.
